, 10 minutes walk to the beach area.The rooms were very nice but could be perfect with some more maintenance. The AC was very loud. The Wifi was very good. Meals were very good but a little bit expansive comparing with the restaurants around. We did not use the Ayurvera possibilties but heard that the service is excellent."

"We'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Negombo. It's in a perfect location for exploring and had a great

which was an added bonus. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We could walk into Negombo to the local restaurants and cafes and it was a perfect start to our holiday. The rooms were well kept and clean! Thank you!"

"Worst stay ever - DON'T GO THERE! The place is a mess. So dirty everywhere. On top of a cabin we found a thick layer of dust and a condom package, cables were hanging out of the walls, probably blood on a pillow (so disgusting) and the
