"Business style hotel a few km from the center. Was easy to drive to the subway to get to downtown Rennes. I would stay without a car. Manager was very accommodating."

"The location is excellent. Within a 2 minute walking distance of a supermarket and half a dozen food establishments. With an Ibis budget you know what you are going to get. What I didn't expect was a skip outside, a lobby full of building materials and a staircase covered in building mess and smells. Oh, and the builders started hammering and sanding at 0800 on a Saturday morning. The room was as expected, no issues but an email to say that building work was going on would have given me the choice to go elsewhere or not."
