"Really modern design that is very classy and zen. The garden in the lobby area is super tranquil. Rooms are large and nicely decorated. Connected to the train station so super convenient. Great shopping as well. But the best is the staff. Super polite and helpful."

"The hotel is located in the center and close to the Castle, which is nice. There are many guests—almost too any, and the restaurant and spa were often crowded. The room was fine although I didn’t need cleaning after the first night."

"Great location, we could walk or take the tram easily anywhere. We liked the comfortable room and bed. Nice onsen. The breakfast had a good selection. Our only complaint is that the coffee is weak and terrible"
