The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had nice amenities (fridge, microwave).

Wouldnt stay again, at any price
Posted 16 Aug 2024 on HotelsWas given a room that smelled like a smoking room and the check in guy insisted to me that it was a nonsmoking room. Finally gave us a new room. One of the beds could only be slept in on one side or the the bed lifted off the floor if someone sat on the other side. The shower water was hooked up so the hot water was in the labeled cold water and vis versa. The air conditioner blew up the curtains, so the air stayed between the window and the curtains. We put shoes on the sill to push the curtains against the windows. The a/c was quiet, though. The electrical outlets and the bedside lamps turned off with the light switch for the overhead light by the door. None of our phones, etc charged overnight. We left before the breakfast area opened to get to our venue in a nearby town.

Great room for our family. Lots of space for 4 days. Got the room with 3 beds, sofa, small table with 2 chairs. Could easily allow us to spread out and have my daughter and her BF come hang out with us.

Definitely a good place to stay, but a bit far from Lake Okoboji!
