No elevator hard to carry luggages up the stairs to room

John,I'm sorry that the lack of an elevator in your particular lodge caused some trouble for you, and that this was not an expectation you had coming in to your reservation.If you have the time, we'd be happy to hear from you regarding your stay. We'd love to get a better understanding of whether the front desk knew of your concerns and if they were able to look for a different lodge with an elevator or first floor access for you.

The property it is at a convenient location to go to Rocky Mountain and it was clean but the property is old and do not have TV and the A/C was broken, I sleep with a fan and the temperature was very nice and that help. I recommend to chose another place to stay better

Leidy,Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you did not feel fully informed about your stay before you arrived. We understand that even without listing TVs in our amenities, the lack of a TV in our rooms can be challenging to communicate through online listings.I do want to clarify the situation on A/C a little, as the A/C was simply not present rather than broken. This is a common construction decision in mountain towns where temperatures remain relatively low even through the Summer. I'm glad to hear that in the end, even if you were not expecting this, the lack of A/C did not cause any major issues.We always want to make sure guests are fully informed of the details of their stay before they arrive, and would love to hear from you about how these details could have been better communicated with you before you arrived.
