Our entire experience was amazing and so relaxing. Ember restaurant was delicious every time. Highly recommend going to the spa. We loved every minute of our stay! We walked to town a lot, but there are plenty of ride-share options the hotel can give you info about!

The view from our room was spectacular! Amazing lake and Mountain View’s! The staff were amazing! Joseline at front desk was amazing! She always has a smile on her face and readily to help! I would definitely stay at the resort again! We enjoyed every minute of it! Loved it!😃

Amazing location, I could have sat on the patio all day with yummy drinks and delicious food just watching the lake change colors throughout the day and night. Little slice of paradise!

The room we stayed in is located in rooms marked for renovation. Noise from 9 am til 6 pm. The vanity has repaired cracks. The room was not serviced daily. I didn't mind the bed which I made myself but trash and towel service was missed. I took to desk and picked up new towels. They did let us check in an hour early and out an hour late. The view!! Beautiful over the lake into the mountains.

The property is overpriced and really dated. Construction was going on in surrounding hotels rooms during our stay, and it was incredibly loud. The view of the lake is amazing. This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. There is so much potential for it to be great.
