It would've been a great stay had it not been for the morning ladies crew (both mornings we were there) who did not seem too eager to work.

Our room was rustic and the bathroom sink area was very small, but the rest of the property had a lot to offer. The restaurant atmosphere was very nice and the food and service were excellent. The two outdoor heated pools were fantastic. Both were very large--one was perfect as a hot tub (but full pool-sized) and the other was also heated, but not as hot, so worked as an outdoor lap pool in cold weather. There was access to natural hot springs near the pool area as well, although as I was there at night and it was not well lit I did not venture into the creek. There are a lot of stairs to get to and from the pools, which might be challenging for a person with limited mobility. It was worth the effort in my case, as I both loved being able to swim laps outdoors in cold weather, and loved the hot pool for relaxation.

Thank you for staying with us, I think you might have us confused with another hotel. We do not have a year round pool nor hot springs.

Uniilque decor, spectacular views, very friendly staff. The room was quite large and very clean.
