The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of that and was on for over 20 minutes EACH TIME. Same thing happened at 6:30am and 8:30am. There was NO rest had, at all. 4 times listening to the fire alarm all night and morning, each time for 30 minutes. The point of staying at a hotel was to rest. This was a complete waste of my money.

The cleaning staff set up Outside my bedroom for hours, actually had to leave the hotel as it caused me to not be able to sleep. Will not stay here again.

Breakfast Staff was rude - Bar staff was rude - No towels for the pool a couple of times -
However, the room cleaning staff was very nice and attentive.

Great hotel
Posted 9 Jun 2024 on HotelsGreat hotel for the weekend just the shower layout i a little weird and there isn’t a fan in the bathroom so it’s humid after the shower and the floor gets wet. Aside from that breakfast was great service was great definitely would stay again.

Travis (at the Front Desk) was absolutely Wonderful, Helpful, Polite, always willing to help in any service needed. He is a HUGE ASSET TO this property! As well as your Housekeeping Staff, they did a beautiful job!
Only recommendation would be to advise guests of the shower glass door, (not long enough around the base of the shower floor) our floor constantly had alot of water splashed out onto the floor, used quite a few clean towels after each shower! ):
