I really appreciate the hotel's warm and welcoming atmosphere, and its convenient location is a definite advantage for guests. However, I understand the current decor might not meet everyone's expectations. A minor refurbishment and updating the furniture could elevate the experience for future visitors.

The hotel looks great, but is out dated. We stayed 3 days in a suite, but the room is quiet dark and worn out. Sealing on the bath gone, wallpaper comes loose, old nescafe coffee bags. The service in the restaurants and bars is ok, but the employees look tired aswell as their clothes.

The hotel was the best choice for our family vacation. Staff was very friendly,very helpful,food amazing and very nice. Location of the hotel was amazing,right by the beach, waking up every morning to the sound of the waves and birds singing. Definitely the best choice for a family vacation.

The hotel is in a lovely location right beside a nice sandy beach. The hotel staff were really friendly and were able to point me in the right direction when I needed to buy a plug to charge UK devices. Not so great for public transport although a taxi to Estepona is €10

This is a 4 star hotel and we would not have stayed here if we’d known that beforehand. Mis- advertising which is unusual for hotel.com

Nice 5 star hotel
Long time ago it was new fresch hotel, impresive 5 star, big and with lot of interior details. To keep that high standard management should invest in renoveration, and they did just partly, at least in our room. Some of furniture is to be updated. Main problem we got was bad smell in the room (actually we got big apartment-suite). Huge bedroom with big bed, table to work, living room, separate room as garderobe and sink, bathroom with shower, bath, bide and wc, each of that in own space with door. All other was good, new fresch towells and bathrobe, spaceuse room, nice pool area, lot of green area…. Own beach area.

Typical turistic hotel. Not 5* Very helpful staff, fine and clean rooms. The food here is another store. Recommend to enjoy all meals outside. Breakfast buffet is a mess, food quality suffering and the noiselevel is dramatically high, said by a father to 4 kids! We tried the Italian/French restaurant and send all food back to the kitchen! Meat not fresh(my first grey carpaccio), salmon defenately not fresh or freshly from the freezer(very fishi’ taste) as. Omoensation we got a plate with truffle ravioli….with black hair in, so back again. Staff was proffessional and excused by Giving us free drinks and the we wnt hungry to bed - But again friendly staff - Chef has defenately something to catch up with. SPA is okay, pool needs renovation(green and black alcks). Not 5* but a typical turist hotel at Costa del sol. Nice people.

Las habitaciones son enormes al igual que los baños. Las camas comodísimas con colchones y almohadas de la más alta calidad. El trato humano es espectacular. El personal es quién de verdad lleva las 5 estrellas del hotel. Una cosa muy negativa para mí es que usen patatas fritas congeladas de bolsa. En un hotel de esta envergadura esto debería estar prohibido!!!

Quel bon choix pour se reposer au bord de la mer.Les jardins sont magnifiques avec diverses piscines,des lits extérieurs en étage donc superbe vue.Les 2 nuits nous ont permis de profiter 3 jours de jardin.Nous avons eu 3 jours de calme,personne autour de nous dans un des jardins,des chaises longues toujours disponibles avec des serviettes de plage très épaisses.Les kilomètres de promenade en bordure de mer est aussi très agréable.,par contre pas de restaurant ni de magasins autour.La plage est restée sauvage. Nous avons été accueillis avec un verre de pétillant.J'avais demandé de préférence une chambre en étage élevé, nous étions donc au 5eme face à la mer.Notre demande avait donc bien été entendue...La chambre était spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain (2 lavabos,baignoire.douche et toilette séparée). Très bonne literie.Une bouteilles d'eau offerte. Au niveau du petit déjeuner nous avions beaucoup de choix,des produits de qualité,du jus d'orange frais ...en plus servi sur des nappes blanches et serviettes en tissu.(Merci de garder cette coutume.),le personnel toujours souriant... Nous avons pris tous les repas au buffet, c'était correct.J'ai apprécié les poissons au choix,cuit à la plancha . J'avais réservé demi pension en même temps que la chambre ,en fait nous avons payé 10€ de moins par repas. La décoration n'est pas jeune mais c'est propre.
