The staff went above and beyond to ensure a welcoming and pleasant experience, showcasing exceptional kindness and hospitality. The rooms were not only comfortable and well-appointed but also reflected the overall charm of the hotel. What truly impressed me, however, was a touching act of compassion from one of the staff members. When she discovered an abandoned cat in a nearby dumpster, she took it upon herself to rescue the animal, giving it a thorough cleaning and even taking it home for the night. This act of kindness speaks volumes about the values of the hotel's management—not only do they prioritize the comfort of their guests, but they also demonstrate genuine care for animals. A special shout-out to Scrappy, who oversaw the management of our section of the property. Scrappy ensured everything was in perfect order! "Interesting place to stay, one main pool and a second little one up the private road a bit, lots of wild cats and roosters with their own unique agendas, decent rooms, place took a hit at the last hurricane and whole sections shut down but everyone friendly and would come back. Also, walking distance to both airport and a lovely beach!"

"Hotel was great at an affordable cost! Little outdated, but I think almost all hotels here are unless you want to spend a fortune at a resort. The restaurant attached was great and even opened on New Year’s Day when guests started asking if it was open. Great continental breakfast! Only downfall is the location and taxis, it’s a little out of the way but we were able to make do every time we needed a taxi"
