"I discovered this property on TicTok. Absolutely everyone was welcoming and friendly. From the Bell hop to the grounds staff. The meals are ordered off a menu and lots of selections. Did not have a bad meal or drink. This is not a large property or newer. Small and intimate. We met Michael who does the TicToks and his Uncle. The only drawback back was the workout room was closed for updates. We ended up circling the property for exercise. We plan on returning in the future."

"The views are just amazing! We were at the top level and it did require a lot of walking which as very steep but they have a shuttle service if needed. The pools are great. Small little beach area is not much but you could snorkel off it. It’s rocky. Water from restaurant was good and beautiful - most servers amazing but one or two were very grumpy. We had reservations at their higher end restaurant which when we went was closed and we had not gotten a call to let us know. Then next day...

"This might seem like a small, ordinary hotel, however, it is anything but that. There’s a fabulous, outstanding view of Charlottee Amalie Harbor. One can also see it from the pool, as well. We saw two cruise ships. and sea airplanes taking off on the harbor. We were greeted by very nice receptionists. And had the opportunity to meet their professional chef, Shan, who is great and made the best Maui sandwiches…absolutely delicious. "We liked the closeness to the airport but not being so isolated from restaurants and shops. The water was out for approximately 6 hours and they did not provide free bottled drinking water. We had to pay $2.00 a bottle and the person behind the counter was not very nice when telling us. We definitely should not have had to pay. We paid for a hotel with water. There was nowhere close to walk to get water without paying for a taxi to get it. I really needed water to take my medicine. "

"This might seem like a small, ordinary hotel, however, it is anything but that. There’s a fabulous, outstanding view of Charlottee Amalie Harbor. One can also see it from the pool, as well. And had the opportunity to meet their professional chef, Shan, who is great and made the best Maui sandwiches…absolutely delicious. There are different levels and several steps to walk up and down. However, the property is unique, with lots of character. Definitely…a real Caribbean vibe. Ella, who is wonderful, our server and cook, for breakfast, makes the best coffee…I ever had… sorry Starbucks. She cooked us two scrambled eggs, three sausages, and toast, with a choice of bacon or sausage. All good.There is orange juice and cereal too. Oh yes, cannot forget how comfortable their beds are. Both of us slept well. Our room was clean."
