Hotel seemed very new and very clean. Didn’t eat or drink there as we had booked room only. Was easy walk to the station to get into the city.

Worst hotel I have stayed in- keep away

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at using Hotel. com. Paid for a superior double room which was basic with a view and window over a garage. The room smelled of damp. The bathroom flooded when showering ( serious flooding). No drink making facilities- tea/coffee/ water. No tissues. No cups or glasses ( 2 small plastic tumblers). Shower head pole came off the wall. This is/was not a double bed room; two single beds pushed together but not joined so you wake up in the middle of the night as you slip down between the gap( I was told all the rooms are like this) At best a 2 star hotel in a not too nice location with very basic facilities but charging 4 star rates. Stay in the old part of Esslingen at a 3 star hotel for a lower price and a much better experience in a much nicer location and avoid the Niu Timber if you can and certainly don’t pay for a superior room.

It was terrible experience for me.the guy on reception was rude and showing that he is doing favour for us. Room was very small. Room has terrible smell. Room didn't provide a single water bottel at this price. Parking we have to pay extra which is 15 euro per night. While breakfast staff asked me if we are Muslim. I don't know if I were Muslim I may get good breakfast and service. I will say please avoid this hotel at any cost.

Very freindly staff. Nice rooms with what you Can expect
