Lovely facility, good soundproofing as it was on the main street, had a lovely little balcony with a good outlook.

Well maintained, absolutely clean both within the unit and the the hall/foyer/lift areas. All the staff said hello when you walked by, and the front desk were friendly and welcoming.

Cleanliness was fabulous, not just in the room but all hallways and lift. Customer service at front desk superb, friendly. All staff said hello as they walked by. Close to everything.

Bed was really comfortable and room size was great. Painfully slow check in and the apartment furniture was very scuffed and worn. Uncomfortable couch with no cushions provided. Windows and walls had a lot of marks and weren’t very clean.

The Expedia site lists the reception hours with closing at 8pm 7 days per week. This is not correct, apparently they close the reception at 7pm weekdays and 5pm weekends. This was inconvenient and the Expedia site should be corrected
