"Check out was easy, staff were polite, lobby was pleasantly stocked with games which makes it fun for family stay. Contemporary and cozy. Central location - 5 mins walk to Christmas market/train station/shopping plaza. Ironing self-service room was very useful. Continental and hot breakfast were great quality and plenty of options. Only thing missing is maybe a steam/sauna/

"This is a wonderful hotel. Check in was quick, smooth and professional with a polite and friendly member of staff who showed us to our room personally. We stayed in one of the apartments which the hotel offers which was modern and spacious with a very luxurious feel about it. The beds were extremely comfy and the whole apartment was very well equipped. The hotel is extremely well positioned as it is conveniently close to the main train station and also very close to the central shopping area...

"The Hotel is very close to one of Germany's biggest shopping malls incl. a food court, so that makes it an ideal place to stay as well. The service at Mercure was excellent and our stay was great as well."

"Stay was comfortable. Breakfast was good with variety of options. Staff was cordial and were providing quick response all the time. Location was suitable for me and not far from rail station and was easily accessible to highway "

"This is a nice hotel at reasonable prices, situated in the citycentre. Certainly not a luxury hotel but good value for money. Very nice and attentative in the reception. I got a fairly big room with a balcony . also nice. I didn´t use the breakfast so cannot comment on that. Internet was stable and fairly fast. I can recommend this hotel to those not expecting a luxury stay. "

"The hotel seems to have had a recent make over and a re-brand. The room was immaculately clean and the bathroom looked new and was also very good. My only criticism is the lack of amenities; if you want a kettle or iron you need to go to a store cupboard on the ground floor to get it yourself and there is no fridge in the room. Apart from that my partner and I enjoyed the quiet and were very pleased with the room quality"
