Very nice hotel, with great area surrounding, but really in need of a coat of paint. Some flooring & walls / shower need a touch up. Staff were really strong, with impressive language abilities, but the property is looking a bit older. Overall we were happy, but a bit extra would have been needed.

This hotel needs a lot of attention, rooms are warned out , shower is very very old , when you start the shower water after couple minutes drains fonction very bad and water start building up and start moving to the living area and to the bathroom, so bad that we didn’t know what to do ,we used all towels in the floor and ???? Also when you open the room door mold smells strong etc….. I asked for ice bucket and waited 45 min never got it my wife’s hurts her ankle and we give up on ice , went to the bar and asked the guy for ice answer is please call room service going back to pout A anyway the front desk staff were very helpful specially Zouaira so nice and professional.

Disappointing experience. Check in at 15:00 but one of our rooms wasn't ready until about 18:00. Dirty, poorly cleaned and smelly rooms.
The staff, is the only redeeming quality of this hotel.
