"We had to have the room keys recharged every single day (multiple times). The lady at the front desk was perturbed when I stated I needed new cards, and I really needed key cards that worked more than once. She barked something at me. No elevator, and we were on the second floor. I was pretty peeved at that point. Will not stay here again due to staff at front desk."
