Jose, the owner, was very friendly, helpful, and caring. He, without being asked, offered to make phone calls to reserve a rafting trip and a busy restaurant for lunch. He then followed up on these phone calls. He also provided "tips" (his term) for hiking and local traditional cuisine. One can tell that he cares for his customers and wants them to have a wonderful experience. 5 Stars!!

The hotel location is perfect for visiting Aigüestortes park. Very friendly staff, Helped us to plan our activities. Great shower. Enjoyed it very much.
