I would like to mention that I booked this hotel at the last minute due to a work event and my budget constraints. Upon my arrival past midnight, I was required to check in through a window, which reminded me of a drive-thru; the glass was shattered, which raised some concerns. The initial room assigned to me was on the first floor, but upon entering, I discovered that the door would not lock, and the safety lock was malfunctioning. Upon closer inspection, we noticed signs that the door had been forced open. We contacted the front desk, and they agreed to relocate me to a room on the third floor. It is true that you get what you pay for; the space was ample, and it included a fridge and microwave. However, some of the towels in the bathroom had a Cheetos-like color, so I was grateful that I had brought my own towels. The cleaning staff did come daily to empty the trash and make the beds. The room had a humid atmosphere and a musty smell, although I could not identify any visible mold. Later, the fridge malfunctioned; the door would not close properly, resulting in inadequate freezing. The elevator in the building was, without a doubt, the worst I have ever encountered; while it did transport me up and down, it was a frightening experience each time I used it. There was ample parking available, and the staff provided paper to prevent my car from being towed. The staff were friendly, and I did not encounter any issues with them.
