The property and room was exactly as described in the pictures. The room was perfect, clean, lots of amenities, beautiful view. We will definitely come back.

Staff was great! The little market had much more than we thought they’d offer minus almond milk. Also wish the Canyon Grill had more options on their menu. Other than that, pools were great, clean and heated, property was very clean and well kept, All levels of staff were very helpful and nice. We hope to be back soon. Thank you!

So much potential! Definitely needs some updates, though. Our bed (in the Carnival building) was comfy, but very squeaky, which made for not very restful sleep. There were also small things like a wobbly toilet, some corners of peeling paint, etc. The little neighborhoods were nice and each had some amenities within walking distance of the units. Communication was a little lacking upon check-in. Some details that were not communicated well: The nicest/ largest of the pools was under construction. We only found our after a very long, confusing drive to find it; we were apparently given a resort credit through expedia, which was not made known to us; and some of the information in the resort guide was incorrect, like which "neighborhoods" had a kid's pool. All in all, it seems like a lovely place, with some nice touches, but they still need to work on some of the basics.

We really liked the stay, unfortunately, there were a few inconveniences during our stay, such as, no hot water on the shower, only in the tub, phone line not working, so we couldn't place a phone order, had to go and order at the pizza hut. We couldn't call front desk for extra blanket, super cold. Our villa was far from the front desk did not wanted to drive again.

2 people in our party attended the time share presentation and were promised $150 each or a vacation package and never received the money they were promised. We kept calling them about this and we're given the run around and nothing ever happened. DO NOT ATTEND THE TIME SHARE PRESENTATION ITS A SCAM
