The room look clean but I reported that they were roaches in the room and the maid told me she new about it.

The staff was exceptionally nice. The room was clean and staff were more than willing to accommodate any request. Not lots of normal extras in room was only downfall. Not even a box of tissues in the room. Had to ask for extra towel as there were only 2. But staff willingly brought more.

In triple digit temperatures because of a heat wave, the only ice machine on the property was broken. Also there is a strong police presence at night because of all the meth heads and criminals staying there. Won't ever be returning here.

The room was disgusting. The walls were two different colors. It looks as though where they did wall repair They couldn’t match the paint color. The bed spread had holes in them. The comforter under the bed spread had blood stains. The door lock was broken and I didn’t feel safe. The pool was closed due to COVID but nowhere did it say that the pool was closed. The website is very misleading. Also the furniture in the room was dirty and the pull out couch bed in the suite was dirty and stained and very old! Choose another place to stay anywhere is better than this!

No maid service for 2 days, tv worked when it wanted to. Iron didn't work, air conditioning just blew up into the curtains. small room the double beds were both pushed up against the wall so you could only get out on one side.

Disgusting rooms

The room was dirty, bed disgusting, and service was challenging. It wasn’t even an hour after check in and staff was imposing an hourly rate to be paid since a refund was requested.
