The property was quaint and quiet. Staff was kind and helpful. Only issue was that it was difficult to find check-in with the construction. I realize that will be fixed soon.

The hotel is in a great location, very quiet and safe. The part of the hotel we stayed in was rather dated. The pool and spa was excellent although the 5pm restriction of children is too early.
The restaurant was mediocre, poor menu for kids.
Staff pleasant but little English.
The Hotel reception staff were brilliant.

Excellent hotel. Great facilities. Lovely pool, great spa too. Really enjoyed. Great staff too. Delicious breakfast.

Posted 3 Sep 2022 on HotelsTrès bonne expérience à l'hôtel escalles où le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner vaut le coup et le spa avec hammam et sauna nous à clairement relaxé durant notre séjour. Parfait!
