Bem localizado. Cozinha tem tudo mas é pequena. Quartos e banheiros poderiam ter prateleiras e ganchos nas paredes. Necessita um local para pendurar roupas após limpeza ou para toalhas molhadas após o banho. Recepção fica em outro hotel em outra rua não tão próxima, cerca de 5 minutos andando. Para clientes sem frescuras e não muito exigentes. Custo/benefício vale a pena.
