Located in a beautiful area of Utah. Clean and charmingly decorated with Western flavor. Owner/operators very friendly.

OK, not great. Inadequate lighting, no desk. Very limited dinner options in town in October. Best for a one night stopover. Friendly host.

Susan,Thank you for your comments. I will look at puting in additional lamps and veryroom has a desk with 2-chairs, not a corporate desk but a desk.Escalante is a town of about 800 people with growing pains. Escalante is trying to attract new people/businesses/restaurants but trying to support new businesses, restaurants in particular, over the winter, is very challenging at best . BUT we keep on trying.Thanks again for your comments/review

It was a quick turnaround stay for me! Arrived late and left early the next morning, but it was comfortable and provided me everything I needed for the night!

Room was spacious and beautifully decorated in southwest style. Delicious dining option just across street. Owner was on site and super helpful providing information on local hikes and attractions less well known on our route. He provided delicious home made scones for breakfast as we were leaving.

Great place to stay. Tom is an outstanding host and offers great recommendations of local things to see and do. Food at Escalante Outfitters just across the street was great. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Inn of Escalante. It is a very nice property and was very quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed interacting with the owner. He was very hands on and personable. There was not an ice machine on property and he was kind enough to give us some from the office. We would definitely stay here again!

Every thing was great. Inside was done in western theme. Only thing missing was a picture of John Wayne. Nothing to say negatively, but Could dress up the outside with flowers.
