Enjoyed the personalities and professionalism of the staff. Everyone one was so accommodating and helpful. The facilities and atmosphere were very welcoming and luxurious. Loved the warm lemonade berry drink served upon checking in & out. Bence at the check in desk was helpful, courteous, polite and attentive. He definitely is a gentleman and valued asset to the Anatara New York Palace Budapest.

Beautiful Hotel with amazing staff, nothing is to much trouble, the Breakfast was great with lots of options and in the beautiful New York Cafe, rooms were big and modern, bed very comfortable and very clean. i will go back

Excelente hotel, un autentico cinco estrellas de clase mundial. El staff fue extremadamente amable. El cafe New York icónico para tomar desayunos sobre todo. Las habitaciones son increíblemente amplias, y los baños de primera. La mejor opción en Budapest. El mejor hotel de nuestro Eurotrip.
