"Great hotel. Swimming pool is very clean, the room is very clean. The hotel is in great shape. The service is good. Staff are extremely good especially the lunch buffet crew On the hand, It’s just way too busy with too many people around and it’s crowded everywhere "

"Do not confuse 4* Tunisian with 4* UK or you will be bitterly disappointed. On arrival we were given a room in the hotel when I had booked a bungalow and had to go back to reception to ask to be moved to a bungalow. The hotel, bungalows and grounds badly need updating and the mattresses very firm leading to aching joints. Food not hot and very repetitive, drinks very limited and entertainment poor although this may be because it's low season. Staff ok but think they prefer the German and french guests who massively outnumbered us."
