Very outdated. Our room was not stocked with hand soap or tissues. The complimentary lotion that is left was used.
The set up of the room is odd and dysfunctional. The couch location is difficult to watch tv from and the desk placement is in front of the thermostat. Shorter individuals can not reach across the desk to adjust the thermostat.

We stayed for 7 total days, choosing it based on Expedia ratings. The only reason not a 1 star is that the front desk worked with us as well as they could to make things right. That said, they didn't have much to work with.
The 1st room:
- 1st floor ADA, next to an exit (one of my requests to avoid)
- not clean
- furniture in main room filthy - didn’t want to touch them
- floor and shower in ADA bathroom not clean at all
- walls/light switches had visible dirt
- tub in non-ADA room had chunks missing (foot hazard)
- main TV did not work
- able to use the room next door for showers - only redeeming part of night one.
The 2nd room (2nd floor, less traffic; rest of our stay):
- again, chunks missing in tubs, not as bad - we worked around it
- still not clean
- silver/flatware had blatant residue (not just particles, not washed - I have pics)
- furniture had stains - never sat in the chair
- bathroom faucet had crusted stuff
- doors/walls not clean
- some sort of splattered material (looked like dried blood, *possibly* soda) in master bath above the sink
Overall, bad experience. Hotel is tech archaic - NO USB ports, TVs very old. Breakfast is decent, except eggs - strange consistency, like tofu; available seating very minimal (prob 30 ppl max). Maid service available ONLY by request (24-hr notice) and ONLY if they can accommodate, which we were not told (we found out day 3, when we asked the front desk about it).

The staff was excellent. My room was dirty with an ant problem, there was no toilet paper and no extra linens. The mattresses had stains on them. The staff addressed my issues. The morning crew were very friendly during my stay and the breakfast service was good.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. The rooms seem a little aged, but nice. The pullout sofa bed was not very comfortable tho. But they never are!

The location was excellent for our trip to special spots we wanted to see. We enjoyed walking the property, we felt safe!! Guest laundry and breakfast and amenities were great!!

Misleading pictures and not clean

The lobby and grounds were nice looking and well maintained but inside of the other two buildings where the hotel rooms were located were not kept up on. Our hotel room did not seem very clean. Dried up pee on the bathroom floor, bathroom floor not well mopped, shower did not look scrubbed and had left over hair from previous guests. It really seemed like cleaning was done to a minimum. I was very bummed how misleading the hotel was. We had an unpleasant experience at this hotel and will not be back. I wish I had paid more money to stay at a nicer hotel and not tricked into a good deal. When you stay at a hotel for a family vacation you only hope for a pleasant, clean, fun experience.

This property was not at all what i expected. The pictures were a bit misleading.
Rooms were not cleaned properly and the common areas were disgusting. The front desk staff was accommodating but there was only so much they could do. The proximity to the airport can’t be beat but wouldn’t stay again because it just wasn’t clean.
