Cold in room curtain lets light in permanently open can't close to block lights from outside it's not a la Quinta

Thanks for letting us know your issue- ther are black out curtains under the permanent drapes that will all darkness. Our hotel will be remodeled next year- please try us again to see the improvements

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that bothered us is charging $75 non fundamental pet fee.

We’ve stayed here multiple times when coming to Erie. We love how convenient it is to many restaurants & shopping. The pool & hot tub are wonderful! This trip, we had a whirlpool room that was spectacular after a long, fun day of shopping.

Coffee service is Good.
Bed Mattresses needs to be changed. Sofa bed springs are terrible. Another queen bed has dilapidated mattress that caused my husband and myself to sink into middle on if.
