Nice place to stay. Spacious rooms but not very comfortable furniture or bed. The floor was pretty noisy, kids running around. No one answered the phone when we called down to the front desk. We tried 3 separate times. Only one person working the desk with about 10-15 people in line. Not efficient.

The thing that jumped out at us is just how amazing the staff are. Front desk staff could be anymore friendly & helpful if they tried!! We will now be staying here whenever we visit Erie, Pa.

The hotel was very clean, and well run. There were zero disappointments. The hotel restaurant was very, very good; a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Place was great. I had a problem with the parking gate but that was the only thing that i could complain about...

The staff were super accommodating, flexible, kind, and friendly to people dealing with medical issues and really crazy weather. When they were struggling with a terrible blizzard, their focus was still on their guests. We appreciate their kindness and generosity.
