First desk clerk was decent .......next one NOT so much! Why do people have to be grumpy?
I was there cas I had a family member....in Hanot Hospital .,rough times....little did they need to know a "smile", "a nod" and " kind word" would of made my day a bit lighter !

I have stayed here twice now and really enjoy it. I would go back again if I need to stay in the area again. The first time I was not able to experience the pool or breakfast due to my own time constraints. This time I got to do both. The pool area was out of towels (but it was close to pool closing and I brought my own bath towel), and the "hot" tub was not really hot and I actually got cold in it at one point. Breakfast was great, though I would suggest more baked items (sliced bread, muffins, bagels). Overall the stay was great and staff was helpful. The room has been great both times.
