The staff were extremely friendly and helped us during a snow blizzard when we had trouble with the snow and gave us the safest routes to ensure we made it home safely.

Hot tub had grey stuff floating in it. But other than that it was clean and nice staff

The hotel staff went above and beyond for myself and my significant other. We arrived and the first night had screaming kids above us so they moved us. Then we were hit with a snowstorm and the plow trucks weee nowhere to be found to plow the parking lot, however, one of the front desk attendants father was so wonderful helping everyone dug out!! If it wasn’t for the plow issues I would most certainly give 5 STAR REVIEW AND WILL DEF BE RETURNING AS THIS IS MY NEW HOTEL
OF CHOICE! :)))

Had reserved two rooms. One room was great but the other was not ready for guests. No towels in bathroom and the beds were not made. The bedding was there so was able to finish making the beds. Did report this to the woman at the desk. Otherwise all was good.

Staff was friendly but difficult to find most of the time. Breakfast was okay. One day the eggs were watery but warm and the next day they were dry and cold. Coffee was delicious. Amenities in the room were great. Some guests were disrespectful which is when staff was unavailable. View was awesome and the location was convenient to my needs. Best part was I could have my little dog with me.
