I was not informed that their indoor pool was closed. That is the reason I chose this hotel over the others was for the indoor pool. When I asked staff I was abruptly told I could go stay somewhere else. Thought that was rude to say. I also asked if he would discount the price he said that people who book on Expedia already receive a discount. The other 2 workers that I encountered were very nice and pleasant and helpful.

The outside doors allowing access to the rooms are completely broken, and dont even shut. So the hotel is not secure in any way. They were like this during our last stay last year, and we assumed it was a temporary malfunction. Clearly the hotel has no intent to fix it. The hot tub was also out of commission, and per the front desk had been for weeks, with no indication of getting it fixed.

Run down with bad need of updates Parking spots with receptacles were limited Entrance doors security didn’t work, one stayed propped open with a rock and another was locked so you had to go to the front of the building No exhaust fan Carpet was ripped Toilet was loose so it rocked back and forth

Worst experience ever

I wasn’t even able to access my room. There was some problem with the room and they had no others. I had to find another hotel at 9:30 at night. I was also charged in full by the hotel so I paid twice. There was no manager on site and never even heard from them after.

I am so sorry I was not notified of your situation, I heard about it yesterday. After investigating your issue the person in charge was let go. The room charge should of never gone through. I will talk with accounting and have your charges nullified. I cant believe they did not find you a room as we have another hotel just several blocks away. We are truly sorry..

In need of upgrades and remodeling

Older hotel. They have done some renovations. Paid extra for pool side room but the patio was super hot and my view of the pool was blocked by fake plants. Temperature adjustments needed throughout the property. Lots of repairs needed. Staff was friendly.

Ginger, The external door lock readers are under repair waiting for parts. The broken door was due to failed mechanism, dead bolt was activated and only way to enter was to basically destroy the door. I am VERY sorry about the staples, we missed seeing this after the carpet installer finished his work. As far as ANTS, bringing in food, especially sugar products only increases the ants to move where they smell the food. We spray constantly but this time of year they are on the move. We spray daily around the property to stop this movement but they are very difficult to stop this time of year. It concerns me that they still show up on occasion. We are not ignoring our issues, with the pandemic everything has changed, with such slow business, I cannot find staff and funds to make everything Perfect.I am sorry.
