Swastika on the lobby door to the back. Manager was really rude. Dirty bed clothes and coffee/blood stained mattress cover mini fridge broken/didnt stay cold

Your husband came and apolozige for your rude racist behavior. Came inspected your room and there was no blood nor coffee stains . Fridge was in working order. Gave your husband new set of sheets eventhough no stains . I have my First amendment right just like you. You are illiterate.

The property was everything I expect at this pricepoint with few exceptions. The bed was heavilly stained with something. The pool was pretty scary, and the shower head was crusted with black mold. I cleaned the last one but literally its so easy and inexpensive to address these basic health concerns.

BrandonOn behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations with pool is kids friendly outdoor salt water pool nothing to fear and deepest side is 5 feet. If you had mentioned about shower head we would have taken care and will be addressed to housekeeper so it won't happen. I even asked you" how was your stay?" and you said it was fine.We will be using your feedback to make improvements, so that we can provide exceptional experiences for our guests.

Location looked very unsafe, in fact, ended up having to book a different location for the same night because it did not feel safe to stay there. Tried to speak about issue with person / manager on site at the time, they were not receptive to claims and very difficult to communicate with. As a result, we basically paid for zero service and ended up paying a much higher premium (> 2x the charge) at another hotel in addition to the non-refundable payment to Rodeway. No hotel that presents an unsafe environment for its potential customers should ever have an unrefundable/non cancellable charge.

Why are you misguiding public by using different names on review? Stop this or face legal consequences.you made decision not to stay and ended up paying twice is not hotel's fault.

Sand on the bed, makeup all over the pillow, and chunks brown stuff on the bed.
