It was nice but showing it's age a bit. The carpet downstairs needs to be replaced and the rooms need a bit of updating. The staff was nice and pleasant and the rooms were clean.

WE LOVE THE LOCATION.
WE DIDNT LIKE THE FACT THAT A NEW EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING THE FRONT DESK ON A BUSY FESTIVAL WEEKEND. THERE WAS A BIT OF A BACK UP CHECKING IN

Place is great. Gives you that nostalgic 90’s family vacation hotel vibe in the best way possible. Everything is clean. Stewart and Ron were both very helpful and friendly (despite being a Bears fan). Have been twice with family and will go back again.

The room had a strong smell. The first room they assigned us the smell was even worse, we complained and gave us an upgrade. Old carpet and old furniture. We did not want to touch anything. We were supposed to stay 2 day, but we could not resist, we left after one night even if we paid in full.

Property is away from downtown area so VERY quiet. Two pools and hot tub. Great amenities. Staff very attentive and helpful. Lovely grounds, even the end of September. I did not like there is no elevator.

Beautiful setting. Large condo like 2 bedroom with kitchenette and living room.
Close to many things!
