Omar and Susan! Glad you made it home safe and sound to voice your opinion with such depth.Upon arrival your request for a first floor room could not be accommodated because others had called ahead an made certain their first floor needs would be met. This was an effort you didn't bother with prior to your arrival and you were both extremely rude in voicing your displeasure. Upon entering the room you claimed the ceiling fan was broken. We will never know if you accidentally broke it. The room temperature wasn't what you expected without letting the a/c unit do its thing. Because you were so aggressive and unreasonable, I provided a full refund with a check. You were given the option to leave or stay. You stayed for two nights and enjoyed the pool and the cafe breakfast! You never engaged with me until you left and you never thanked me for providing a full refund.Upon entering the room after you had checked out it was very apparent that you had removed items and had moved furniture and unplugged things from the outlets and trash was on the floor..Typically, reasonable people would have called ahead to make certain special accommodations would be organized and discussed prior to arrival. Reasonable people typically understand that a full refund was going beyond ordinary and acknowledgement with a simple thank you was in order. Reasonable people typically don't "trash" a room. Reasonable people typically don't bother with a one star when their weekend was paid for by the owner. You are not welcomed at the Village Green Lodge in the future. .
