The property seemed to be well soundproofed. It was quiet. The public areas especially stairways were dirty. And the rooms were very basic. Not a good reflection on Epernay. We would not book again. The toilet seat was broken.

As far as cleanliness is concerned, we are sorry that you did not dare to come directly to the reception to specify the points of cleanliness on which we should increase our vigilance during the controls and especially to sensitize the members of the cleaning company. In addition, the person present at the reception 24/24h would certainly have found an immediate solution ( by changing room for example) allowing you to spend a pleasant time. Nice staff, bathroom stinks of mould
Posted 13 Aug 2024 on HotelsYou get what you pay for. The floor of the bunkbed that hangs over your head had bloody snot on it and the bathroom stank of damp and mould. Staff are very friendly. It was only a stopover

Lift out of order. Previously request room for two 80 plus, one disabled. Given first floor room . Bathroom light not functioning.

It was really hard to communicate with the people on front desk as nobody spoke any English. The rooms felt relatively clean, but the showers were filled with other people’s hair, telling me the cleaning standards weren’t great. It was a peaceful night though and okay for an overnight stop whilst driving through France, but not sure I’d want to stay any longer.
