they need to inform clients upfront if they can't accept credit cards. When I tried to pay with my CC for meals I was informed that they can't accept credit cards. Apparently there was an issue with the bank. it creates a predicament to clients who do not have access to cash. otherwise, the stay was excellent

The staff we’re so friendly and thoughtful. I had a driver pick me up at no extra charge and a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this guest house.

Convenient to airport for first night's stay
Posted 21 Nov 2023 on HotelsOur flight arrived well past midnight so stayed at Airport Guesthouse rather than drive to Kampala at that hour. Our room was comfortable, breakfast was good, the grounds are lovely and the people very friendly.

A great option if you are coming in on a late night flight. The trip to the guesthouse is nice and short. The shuttle service was really good and easy to find.
The staff stayed late to get us in our rooms and make sure we had all we needed. They were most accommodating for requests.
The food was delicious.

Possibly wrong to compare to our previous 4 lodges in Uganda; felt the staff saw us as a temporary transient group rather than 'fully invited' us into their establishment. Convenient location, very peaceful and relaxing.

Beautiful grounds . Friendly, helpful staff. They picked me up cheerfully at midnight and took me back to the airport at 8AM with a smile.
