The staff was very nice and they had a great continental breakfast. It was also very cheap and easy to get into town with uber.

Terrible, terrible customer service. My connecting flight to Entebbe got cancelled at Doha Airport therefore I had to wait for 9 hours in Doha Qatar so i couldn't get to Entebbe on the night of my booking on the 8th of August i arrived the next morning at 11.30am. On my stop over in Doha I called the hotel and explained to the hotel staf my unforseen circumstances that were not my fault. All the staff said they couldn't help me so i asked to speak to the manager. They kept telling me the manager would call me back but they never did. I even asked for a voucher to use on a different day as i accepted they might not give me a refund but they Refused. They were very non-challant and did not offer any other option so my £90 was waisted under no fault of mine. Please don’t Ever book this hotel. They have terrible customer service. Book at your own RISK

It was understood that you were cancelling and requesting to use the same on any other day. It was a very last minute cancellation and the expedia cancellation policy applies.
