The room was very clean, the staff very friendly the rooms are updated, the only thing was it needed a heater

Check in was fine, however the rooms are basic and bathroom is outdated. The security guard was however excellent, helpful and very kind

Room was dirty and have to be move to a different room in the corner and it was very inconvenient noisy They try to charge me for towels because I have to used them because the room got flooded and that I was dirtying towels I told them your floor is wet and unsafe to walk
