La limpieza del piso, mala. Había pelos y basuras pequeñas, le comenté al encargado y dijo que atendería, pero al día siguiente fue lo mismo, después de enseñarle las fotos, mandaron limpiar el piso

Everything was good, except for a few details, but nothing is perfect... we enjoyed our stayed..

Shower drain clogs when you’re showering. A foul smell is coming from the air conditioning unit. The bed and pillows are horribly uncomfortable.

Room was cozy and very clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The property is ina very nice location, quiet but still very accessible. Breakfast could have better choices but the quality is very good.

Nice that hotel has security, I believe 24 hours. Staff is friendly. Dislike it took 30 minutes to check in. Room clean but it can be a little deeper. Definitely towels need to be updated, towels stringy. Did enjoy the breakfast, very well balanced and delicious.
