The whole place had a bad odor to it.Continental breakfast but everything cold and nobody taking care of area. Out of milk, no cream for coffee, not worth the hassle so went down road to dunkin donuts.

The thing about the hotel that was not acceptable was there was no elevator and quite a lot of stairs, that were steep and the handrail wasn’t very stable.

Didn't like moldy shower curtain, cigarette holes in side chair, small breakfast area (4 tables), ice bucket had water from previous occupant, not enough handicapped parking, inconvenient "bumps" from parking lot to lobby, used shower soap left on tub. The beds were comfortable. I travel this route (to NY) about every 6 weeks. Probably not stay here again.

I understand the limited maid services, but clean towels would have been nice. When I went to desk and asked for them, got a big attitude.
