Stayed here one night and felt like we got a bait and switch. We booked the room on expedia and it showed it as a really nice room. When we went to check in, the host said she could move us to a much better room for additional euros. We went to the room we original booked which was in a completely different building. A two story, with access from the outside, with the rooms on the first floor but the top floor looked like it was a cross between a halfway house or flop house. We did not feel comfortable and went back and paid euros to move. The main building (hotel) was nice but I feel like it was a scam for people who book the other building without knowing the reviews were for the main building.

However, I feel I must respectfully clarify several points about your experience.The room you originally booked through Expedia was our standard motel room - our most economical option. These rooms are very popular with guests seeking quality accommodation on a budget and regularly receive positive reviews for their value and comfort. We are transparent about having two distinct parts to our property: the Standard Rooms in the original building and the Suoerior & Executive Rooms above reception. Each room type is clearly described and priced accordingly on all booking platforms.It's standard practice in hospitality to offer guests the opportunity to upgrade if superior rooms are available. This isn't a "bait and switch" as your original room type was available, but rather providing options to suit different preferences and budgets. Our reception team make these suggestions to be helpful, not to mislead.It's disappointing that you didn't provide a review of the room you actually stayed in, as you have done with your other reviews. This would have given future guests a more accurate picture of your experience with our accommodations.We always encourage guests to let our reception team know about any concerns while on-site, as this gives us the opportunity to address issues immediately and ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.We appreciate all feedback as it helps us improve, but we also believe in being clear about our different accommodation options and pricing structure.If you wish to discuss further please contact me.

The room was very nice and the bed and quilt were exceptional comfortable. The staff were very friendly, exceeding helpful and would certainly be a reason that I would consider booking again.

This is a very nice hotel with great staff, like Shane on the front desk. Beautiful rooms in this newer section. Nice location, very central, Stay there if you are in the Enniskillen area or just passing through like I was.
