Disliked: Cleanliness
Our room wasn't cleaned for 4 days even after speaking to Management, no clean towels, toilet rolls, teas made stuff, nothing, bin not emptied either. We wer told it was because of Covid 19. Although we could pay extra for room to be cleaned if so required. 🤔🙄We had to go to Reception each day n ask for anything we wanted. We were given d wrong type room when we arrived 3 single beds instead of a double, room is very claustrophobic n tight squeeze with large dark furniture n barely room to walk by end of d bed. Shower was awful very tight n didn't work properly. Car park was full most of d time as its quite small as well. However we moved from this hotel to another n was completely different scenario, room cleaned each day n everything replenished as needed... Food n drink were OK in Traceys, but needless to say we won't be back any time soon.
