We chose The Old Grounde Hotel for our first two days upon arrival from the US and it did not disappoint. It set the standard with extremely attentive staff, beautifully maintained historic rooms and the most delicious dinner in their Town Hall restaurant with impeccable service.
Highly recommend!

Excellent location for airport. Also excellent dinner and traditional Irish music in the bar. Breakfast very disappointing as it was on last visit also. Some bedroom utems(sofa and headboard ) need updating

The entire experience was excellent.... it was my first time in Ireland and I love being immersed in the old world charm, accommodating staff, excellent food in pub, convenience to everything in town and the well designed and comfortable rooms that had all of the comforts of home.....the lobby and surrounding areas were always filled with guests to either talk with or listen to music their !!. I highly recommend the accommodations and can't wait to return 😊 !!!
