"Shower/bath water was really cold, only downside to the stay, would definitely stay here again! It was in a nice area of town, staff is friendly, really accessible for a lot of areas in downtown!"

"Room was clean and comfortable, however the toilet kept backing up throughout our stay(6th floor). The guest laundry was convenient. The breakfast was an additional charge and didn’t seem to be stocked enough for me to want to fork up the $16 for the “buffet”, not to mention the false advertising for lattes and specialty coffees that I was hoping to enjoy. When having to resort to the restroom downstairs it was not well stocked and I had to use face tissues to dry my hands. The staff wasn’t openly pleasant, nor very talkative. They seemed kind of bothered to have a conversation . It was very busy during the day with the meeting rooms which I’m sure they’re best known for. As for the gym , I considered using it but I decided against it, but I’m sure those who rely on it for their exercise do enjoy it. I preferred the nice walks outside and it was at least pretty to look at. Also the restaurant nearby wasn’t the best , but up the road was some better options for dining and good coffee. Get what you pay for, probably won’t return. "

"My room faced a parking garage with headlights facing my bathroom. I had to ask for coffee in lobby as nothing in room and they cut off coffee service in lobby at 10am, and it was cold and old. Location was great and the parking attendants were amazing. "

"We had already paid and checked in when the staff handed us a paper saying that for 1 of the 2 days we would be staying at Sonesta Downtown Denver there would be no water or electricity. The helpful advice was if we needed water or electricity we should simply leave the hotel before 10am. NOT acceptable. Would not recommend. Do NOT stay here. "

"I had a terrible experience. I checked in and I went to my room and there was somebody in there and they screamed at me. There was food everywhere clearly they have been there for quite some time. I was staying in a hotel to hide from my abusive partner, and that was the last thing I needed. I went to my truck. And I couldn’t bring myself to go back in there. I tried to contact the third-party which I booked with and they didn’t help me and the hotel never responded to my emails, phone calls or message. I didn’t even end up staying there and I wasted over $200 on nothing. "
