We confirmed with the front desk that breakfast ended at 10:30 but the staff locked the items up at 10am.

I'm so sorry. I had a new desk person working on that shift. He must have got the time wrong. Our breakfast times on weekends end at 10am. I can understand how this effects your stay. I'm so sorry.

Rooms could use a reverb. Old and worn furniture etc.
front desk staff were excellent!
Very nice breakfast.
Parking was excellent

I always enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn. Everything worked room was clean, staff was friendly.
