It is always difficult to respond to an unhappy client, as no response will change the facts. Our staff was wrong, I was 250 km away, from where it was impossible to change the situation.All I can do is offer my apologies and discipline the staff.Unfortunately this is Africa where rules are slightly different than in the developed world.
