I choose this hotel because the location close to güveni station and beside mall easy to find food and room it’s very big

建物は少し古い印象でしたが、スタッフはみなさんとても親切で、快適に滞在することができました。
ホテルの目の前には遅くまで開いているカフェなどもあり、夜も多少遅い時間でも安心して出歩ける環境でした。

As far as value for money, this is a great choice. The facilities are old so a bit more difficult to keep super clean. Also could use some additional electrical outlets so customers do not have to unplug the lamps to plug in chargers, etc. They do have a pool that is clean but old. It took me 2 days of occasional walks to find the pool and the pool can be crowded in early morning. I like the mix of clientele which is national and international. I would stay here again.

Value for money. Surabaya plaza next door with lots of food and shopping. Other shoppings grab only cost less than $2.00. A convenient place to stay.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The place is clean but the building needs painting and some repairs.
