we chose to stay at this hotel because the reviews on Expedia were decent. However, the room was absolutely not decent. There was lots of mold in the bathroom all around all of the corners of the room. Nothing was in great condition. The room smelled like chemicals. The front desk attendant was rude and not helpful. Dont stay there!! and I’m not happy with Expedia misleading reviews.

Bed is springy and room is missing HMO regulation required safety signs. For example, fire exit route.

All our rooms have fire escape route on the back of the doors.

Ok for the price, reception closed early so could not get my meds put in a fridge. Shower could do with a bit more cleaning.

Thank-you for your feedback. Reception is 24hours, if no-one was at the reception there is a phone by the reception door to contact the receptionist.

The place was nice and clean to stay in for the price we paid. Also the staff on reception were friendly and helpful.
