"Rooms and hallways are incredibly spacious. Quiet on the weekdays, but seemed notably busier on Saturday night into Sunday. Definitely off the beaten path relative to Downtown Buffalo but still walkable, though a bit more challenging in the winter."

"Staff was unfriendly and not very helpful except for one of the guys who did valet parking. He was friendly and kind. The food was terrible cold and expensive except the coffee shop drinks. Would not stay there again! The view from our 14 th floor window was beautiful for sunsets !"
