The free breakfast was worth making this hotel my choice for a Fall season break to travel to the local waterfalls. Free WiFi and free parking! Will come back. Thank you to Kelly who resolved issue for us in heated whirlpool. Day staff at the front desk could have been friendlier. No one greeted or welcomed us when we came in.

We were very happy with our accommodation over a few nights in Elmira/Horseheads on our way to Canada. The room was larger than normal, very clean and comfortable. The facilities were excellent and conveniently located to some great attractions and shopping around the area. The free carparking outside was a breeze. The staff were vey friendly and helpful particularly as we were from overseas and not very familiar with the local “customs” and area. We had a great time there and would highly recommend Hampton Inn.
