Check-in was easy. However, when we got to our room, it was cold. We turn on the heat and discovered that the shower only did hot water and the heater in the room did not do heat. then we got extra blankets, hoping it wouldn't be that bad, but couldn't sleep quite a bit of the night because I was so cold. There were beer cans underneath the bathroom vanity, that hadn't been picked up. It just was not a good experience. When we went down to ask for blankets, they asked if we wanted to move rooms, it wasn't terribly cold and already undressed for the night, so figured the blankets would be fine. I did not account for waking up and the room being as cold as it was outside. We did not appreciate it. It was unpleasant.I was shivering by the time I got out to my car because it was so cold in the room. I've stayed here twice before and it's never been this bad, but there was no there's no way I'll stay there again.

The bathroom was too small, no good breakfast, the inside building smells pretty bad.

Our room was dirty, the bathtub had holes in it, there were bolts hanging from the ceiling in both the bathroom and bedroom. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner were both half empty. Had higher expectations for a Red Lion.
